Roberta Jackson Earns Certification as a Global Professional In Human Resources

BROOKLYN, NY., May 5, 2008 - Roberta Jackson, Founder, Navigations for Leadership, LTD, has earned certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

The certification, awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), signifies that Ms. Jackson possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in international human resource management, and thus validates her mastery of the global human resources body of knowledge. In addition Ms. Jackson has demonstrated a strong background of professional human resource experience.

HRCI is the credentialing body for human resource professionals and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest organization dedicated exclusively to the human resource profession. HRCI’s purpose is to promote the establishment of professional standards and to recognize professionals who meet those standards.

In 2005, HRCI awarded Ms. Jackson the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification which is the highest-ranking HR certification in the United States.

As of this date, less than 350 HR professionals worldwide have earned both SPHR and GPHR certification. Ms. Jackson is proud to join this select group.
