Roberta Jacskon, President, Navigations for Leadership
There are many reasons for an organization to need human resources solutions. The reasons vary depending upon the size and type of company, whether it is a start- up or an established business, or if it is merging with another company. Regardless of the reason, the need for human resources services exists in every business. Each company operates more efficiently and smoothly when its human resources strategy is aligned with its business strategy. Human resources professionals ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as regulations governing benefit plans. Human resources professionals also manage the “soft side” of business. The thread that runs through, and connects, the organization and its employees is human resources.

Roberta personally coaches individuals to help them with personal and professional goals. Roberta Jackson speaks her knowledge to companies…
Choosing the right person for the right job at the right time is an essential piece
of successful talent management and succession strategies. Assessments from
the pre-employment stage through an employee’s rise to upper management
help to guide organizations in making sound selections.[This is especially true
because] we are facing a skills shortage in the global workforce that will increase
over the next 15 years. [That is why] developing future leaders is crucial to
organizational success.
